Who we are

Our Belief

We believe the early years are too precious to spend apart. Those first moments, milestones, and memories matter—for both mothers and their children. We also know that many mothers want or need to work, but without sacrificing the connection these early years bring.

Our Vision

Eden & Esther is here to reimagine how work and family life fit together. We connect mothers with beautiful, nature-filled spaces where they can work, create, and connect—while staying with their children.

How It Works

Eden & Esther is a two-sided marketplace connecting two groups:

  • Mothers who want to work, connect, and create in beautiful, nature-rich spaces without being apart from their children.

  • Hosts who have gardens, courtyards, or other outdoor spaces they’re willing to share with their community.

Hosts list their space, mothers choose when and where they want to work, and the space comes alive as a vibrant hub. Parents remain with their children at all times and can decide exactly how to manage their day—whether that’s caring for their child themselves, sharing the load with another parent, or having a trusted grandparent, family member, or friend join them for extra support.

Our model is intentionally flexible. There are no rigid schedules, no set childcare arrangements, and no government framework constraints—just inspiring spaces and a community that values both meaningful work and family connection.

Why Nature & Beauty

We believe nature and beauty bring out the best in us—sparking creativity, restoring energy, and offering children an environment that invites exploration. Every Eden & Esther space is chosen for its warmth, safety, and ability to inspire both focus and joy.

Our Ethos

We’re building more than workspaces—we’re creating modern-day villages. Spaces where mothers can earn a living, children can stay with them, and communities can grow stronger. Our model is rooted in trust, choice, and the belief that it truly takes a village to raise a child.

Our Story

Before I became a mother, I travelled Australia working remotely from beautiful locations—often surrounded by nature, with the freedom to choose where and how I worked. But everything changed when my daughter was born. Suddenly, the challenge of managing work while caring for her felt overwhelming.

I searched for spaces that welcomed both work and motherhood—places where I could be productive, while my daughter was part of a vibrant, supportive community in the kind of beautiful outdoor settings I once enjoyed. I found nothing designed with the working mother in mind.

So I decided to create it.
Eden & Esther was born from this vision: a network of inspiring, nature-based spaces where mothers can work without leaving their children, where hosts open their gardens and courtyards to become community hubs, and where both mothers and children thrive together.
